Boozy Hot Chocolate

After a nice long walk with the dogs in the frosty air, nothing beats coming home to warm up.  For some, warming up may be coming in and wrapping up in a blanket, running a warm bath, turning up the heat, but I prefer warming up from the inside out.  A couple of years ago my husband started making this hot chocolate during Christmas but it became a great hot drink after spending time out in the cold.

1 mug full of your favorite hot chocolate

1 oz Kahlúa

1 oz Frangelico

1 oz Peppermint Schnapps

Whipped cream or Marshmallows (optional)

Add liquers to your mug of hot chocolate and stir well.  Top with whipped cream (and a sprinkle of cinnamon) or add marshmallows if you prefer.

Stay warm readers xo
