Bell Let’s Talk is phenomenal in reviving the conversations that are so important to breaking the silence and giving the people who need to talk the resources they need to open up. Thank you Bell and mental health professionals for all you do!

Today, Bell will donate 5 cents to Canadian Mental Health Initiatives for every text, call, tweet, social media video view and for using Bell’s Facebook frame or Snapchat filter.

Practice mindfulness with the Bell Let’s Talk mandala

This year, Bell Let’s Talk has designed a mandala that you can print out and color in. Many mental health professionals recommend coloring as an effective way to practice mindfulness.
Mandala, meaning “sacred circle” in Sanskrit, is a circular art form often containing geometric and repeating designs. Similar to meditation, it focuses your attention on the present moment and away from worries
and stress.
